BARCLAY TRAINING CENTER, MONROVIA- 26 NOVEMBER 2022: The Liberian Coast Guard (LCG) has awarded PO3 Johnson, Mulbah Z as the Best Sailor of the year 2022.

The award was presented to the Sailor during LCG Morale and Welfare Day on 26 November 2022 at the LCG Base.

The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Liberia, Major General Prince Charles Johnson III, further rewarded PO3 Johnson the COS Gold Coin, immediate promotion to the next higher rank, and a deployment to the United Nations Missions in Mali (MINUSMA).

PO3 Johnson, Mulbah Z is a damage control specialist at the Liberian Coast Guard.

The LCG Morale and Welfare Day is set aside to celebrate with Sailors, dependents, and award deserving Sailors and Officers for exceptional performances. The day also brings together Liberia’s Maritime Stakeholders.
