Assistant Defense Minister for Civil Works

With over 26 years of experience in civil works, Assistant Defense Minister for Civil Works, Honorable Sao B. Varmah, oversees the Civil Works aspect of work of the Ministry of National Defense.
He has an associate degree in civil works from the then William V. S. Tubman Technical College and  a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from the Stella Maris Polytechnic.
